Agnew onboards as a Managing Director of Fixed Income Credit Trading. He will provide senior-level direction on the firm’s trading desk, executing transactions in various high-yield securities. Prior to BTIG, Agnew was a Senior Managing Director of High-Yield Securities at Guggenheim Partners. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director of Summit Securities Group. Earlier in his career, he held a number of senior high-yield trading roles at BNP Paribas, Fleet Securities, Schroders, Nomura and Dean Witter Reynolds. Hall joined BTIG as a Managing Director of Fixed Income Credit Sales. Prior to BTIG, he was a Managing Director of High-Yield Securities at Guggenheim Partners. Hall spent more than ten years as a Managing Director in the High-Yield and Distressed Bonds and Loans Group at Jefferies. Earlier in his career, he held similar roles at Miller Tabak Roberts, Fleet Securities and Citibank. Lastly, Jones gets the title of Managing Director of Fixed Income Credit Strategy, focusing on high-yield and convertibles. Prior to BTIG, he was a Senior Vice President and Credit Analyst at Jefferies, focused on capital structure opportunities. Earlier in his career, he held similar roles at CIBC, ABN Amro and Bank of America. The US lured **David Winig** as global head of market data services and electronic trading infrastructure, and **Leon Sirota** to its fixed income, currencies and commodities (FICC) technology team in New York. Sirota was previously Deutsche Bank’s global head of algorithmic trading technology for over six years, before departing in January. Winig returns to JPM after serving almost eight years at Deutsche Bank, where he previously served as the CIO of the corporate banking and securities (CB&S) unit’s core trading technology. ![](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) Christophe Roupie, MarketAxess Citi has promoted **Antonin Jullier** to global head of equity sales. Jullier was global head of equity trading strategy at Citi for five years and has held various positions at the bank since 2010. He joined as co-head of trading for EMEA equities before being promoted and has been a managing director with the bank since 2008. Former global head of trading at Axa Investment Management, **Christophe Roupie**, has joined MarketAxess as head of Europe and Asia. Roupie has been tasked with driving MarketAxess’ global expansion and securing new business and product development opportunities. He was previously global head of trading at Axa for ten years and was global head of fixed income trading at Natixis prior to that. GreenKey, creator of a voice platform for financial market participants, announced the appointment of **Nader Shwayhat** as its new Chief Executive Officer. Shwayhat co-founded Pivot, Inc., a start-up focused on instant messaging for financial markets.   He also worked at CME Group, co-founding CME Direct, an internal, acquisition-driven startup delivering a suite of technology tools directly to trading customers. As Executive Director, Global Head of Sales & Marketing, he helped grow CME Direct to 140 employees, six offices, and over $100 million in transaction and clearing revenue within four years.  Most recently, Shwayhat served as Global Head of Sales and Business Development for Novus Partners, a portfolio intelligence company helping institutional investors and asset managers optimize performance through big data and analytics. Based in New York, Shwayhat has been working with GreenKey as a strategic advisor since November. **Adam Toms**, the former chief executive officer of agency broker Instinet Europe has joined RSRCHXchange as a board member. Former global head of research at UBS, Alan MacDonald, has also joined RSRCHXchange. Don Guiney, senior capital markets partner at Freshfields and Michael McFagden, managing director of NEX Group’s Euclid Opportunities, will join Toms on the board at RSRCHXchange. tastytrade hired **Dylan Ratigan** as its Strategic Communication Advisor. Ratigan, an investor advocate, Helical Holdings founder and author of “Greedy Bastards,” has also served serving as a contributor for tastytrade’s Truth or Skepticism show since January 2015. In his role as Strategic Communication Advisor, Ratigan will help with tastytrade’s mission to engage individual investors to take responsibility of their own money. NEX Exchange, a UK stock exchange for small and medium companies, reported it has hired **Mireille Dyrberg t**o its Board as a Non-Executive Director. Mireille is currently Chief Operating Officer of TriOptima, a NEX Group business that focuses on the OTC derivatives markets.In this role, Mireille is responsible for infrastructure functions as well as heading up TriOptima’s credit risk analytics service, triCalculate. Mireille joins NEX Exchange Board members Tom Binks (Chairman), Patrick Birley (Chief Executive Officer) and Non-Executive Directors’ David Ireland, Ian Chicken and Michael Berkeley. Incapital LLC, a leading underwriter and distributor of fixed income securities, landed **Tom O’Neill** as  Vice Chairman in the Capital Markets Team. Prior to joining Incapital, O’Neil served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of The Kimberlite Group LLC, which he co-founded in 2013. He previously served as Chairman of the holding company of First Allied, a U.S. broker-dealer and Chairman of Ranieri Partners Financial Services Group, where he assisted in acquiring and running money management businesses. He also spent 22 years at Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP, a leading investment bank that he co-founded in 1988. He reports jointly to John DesPrez, Chief Executive Officer and Chris O’Connor, Managing Director of Incapital’s Fixed Income division. Relatedly, Incapital hired **David Connelly, Sean McKenna** and **Paul Steinborn** for its Capital Markets Team.  Connelly joins as Managing Director and Co-Manager of Capital Markets, McKenna and Steinborn both onboard as Managing Directors and Senior Vice Presidents, respectively. A 28-year fixed income Wall Street veteran, Connelly previously worked with O’Neill at Kimberlite, where he served as President and Managing Director, responsible for specialty finance and structured products. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. where he managed the institutional fixed income desk in Chicago for 25 years. With over 20 years' experience as a lawyer, banker and hedge fund manager, McKenna most recently served as Co-Founder of Great Curve Merchant Partners, a merchant banking firm focused on investments in financial institutions and fintech. Previously, he was a partner at C12 Capital and a banker at Barclays as a senior member of the bank's legacy and proprietary mortgage and credit trading desk. Steinborn, a seasoned private equity and hedge fund investment professional with over 10 years’ experience in banking, most recently served as a Managing Director at Great Curve Merchant Partners. Previously, he was a senior investment professional in the corporate credit group at Guggenheim Partners, where he covered the financial services, real estate and automotive sectors. All report to Chris O’Connor. O’Neill, McKenna and Steinborn are based out of the firm’s New York office, while Connelly is based in Chicago.
