**What have been the main themes of your business so far this year?**

 Jake Loveless, Lucera

A push towards shared services models by clients. This includes shared network, co-location and of course cloud services by customers. A second major theme is a refocus on IT as a risk mitigation source, through the implementation of infrastructure level controls and kill switches.

**What has surprised you in 2014?**  
 That it's nearly over. This year flew by.

**What are your expectations for the duration of 2014?**  
 Lucera will continue to grow in our three major markets (London, New York and Chicago) with an eye towards Asia.
