The tour starts at Luxor and makes it way down to Edfu and Aswan before sailing back up to Luxor again. In the once religious capital of Egypt, Luxor, you will find temples erected to the glory of Amun-Ra and the resting places of Seti I and King Tut, among other ancient Egyptian kings. Remains of the ancient pyramids lie just about 3 miles north of Edfu. The Botanical Garden in Aswan is a stunning display of rare and exotic plants, and you can sail there on a felucca, a traditional sailboat of the Nile.
