With more than 3,000-square-feet of serenity, the bodhi spa features a therapeutic ‘Water Journey’ including access to restorative mineral-infused hot baths, a stimulating cold-plunge pool, curative full-spectrum infrared sauna, detoxifying traditional sauna, a soothing aromatherapy steam room, a peaceful relaxation room and a 2,000-square-foot outdoor Zen garden. Located in Newport, Rhode Island, the spa experience is for men and women ages 16+ to enjoy. The spa offers guests, spa enthusiast and corporate clients an escape from the stress of everyday life by focusing on their inner and outer wellness. Highly trained, licensed massage therapists and aestheticians will customize each spa experience to the guest’s needs. “We are very excited to bring a modern twist to this ancient concept” said Harmony Oschefski, who co-founded the bodhi spa with her sister Cedar Hwang. “Hydrotherapy is the art of healing through the application of water in any form; hot, cold, steam or ice.
