Partition 3 operated as normal. https://twitter.com/ExchangeNews/status/1162338222950645760 The "technical software issue" delayed the opening of trading until 09:40. Instruments on partition 1 and 2 will resume in an opening auction call at 09:20 and uncrossed at 09:40. The former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. banker has been enjoying a glorious honeymoon. It had to end at some point. The precise cause of the outage, fixed within an hour and 40 minutes, isn’t clear. But when trading isn’t available for such a long period after the scheduled open, something has gone badly wrong.
