Jennifer Choi, ICI Global Chief Counsel issued the following statement in connection with the ICI filing: "IOSCO is on the right track, recognizing that sustainable finance is rapidly evolving. And well-crafted rules will provide meaningful information to investors, facilitate investor choice, and foster further innovation. To best achieve these policy objectives, we urge IOSCO to strongly encourage policymakers and regulators to take a principles-based approach and put new regulations in the right order, such as addressing corporate disclosure before fund disclosure."
