(NASDAQ: CBOE) today reported third quarter 2013 net income allocated to common stockholders of $41.0 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, compared with $45.2 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2012.  On an adjusted basis, net income allocated to common stockholders was $41.0 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, compared with $37.7 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, in the same period last year.  Operating revenue for the quarter was $136.7 million, up 7 percent compared with $128.3 million in the third quarter of 2012.
