McGough will lead efforts to roll out Castine’s new product suite, RPA Centre, which enables  asset managers to comply with Europe’s MiFID II delegated acts when paying for investment  research. Robin Hodgkins, President of Castine, said “we have had a great relationship with John for  nearly a decade; his experience in Commission Management and deep relationships on both the  buy and sell side will be invaluable to our organization as we strive to deliver state­ of ­the ­art  commission management solutions to the global investment community.” John has worked exclusively in the CSA space since 1997 and has led successful commission  management teams for over 10 years. Castine plans to leverage John’s expertise and industry  connections to add to its existing footprint in the US and London.  Most importantly, John will  help Castine’s client base understand and manage the impact of RPAs (aka “Research Payment  Accounts”) on their business models.
