At Barclays, Yera will be responsible for driving the delivery of Barclays liquidity product set globally and providing integrated liquidity solutions to the corporate, financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions client base. Yera has a wealth of experience in global liquidity management. She joins Barclays from JP Morgan where she was EMEA Head of Liquidity. Prior to that, she was responsible for Liquidity Services at HSBC for 11 years, a role which involved the coordination and development of HSBC’s global liquidity management. Commenting on her appointment, Yera Hagopian said: “Cash management is an important driver of the corporate banking strategy at Barclays, and as such this is an exciting time to be joining the team. I look forward to supporting this vision and driving the liquidity management product set for the bank.” Maurice Cleaves, Managing Director and Global Head of Cash Management at Barclays commented: “Yera’s wealth of experience and knowledge makes her an ideal candidate to lead our global liquidity product offering as Barclays builds out its cash management platform.
